Atéha Bailly

Atéha joined the MITES team in September of 2023 as a Temporary Editorial Assistant and joined as a Program Coordinator for MITES Semester in April of 2024. As a Program Coordinator, Atéha coordinates the day-to-day operational activities, including contributing to the logistics, events, student and staff recruitment, application and selection, onboarding, and assisting with temporary staffing.

Prior to joining MITES, Atéha completed his Master of Divinity at the Harvard Divinity School where his research focused on the comparative study of music in Islam, Ananda Marga, and Afro-Caribbean religious communities. Prior to attending HDS, he obtained a BA in religious studies from Reed College in Portland, OR.

In his free time, Atéha is a music producer and sound designer who, in addition to his solo work, contributes his music to film and podcast projects. He also enjoys playing soccer, boxing, and lifting weights.
